Awatere Golf Club
Located just north of Seddon, this country golf club boasts beautiful greens and picturesque views of the surrounding valley. The Awatere Golf Club provides a Nine Hole Par 70 layout for Men (5484m) and Par 74 (5340m) for Women. Open seven days throughout the year, start times are 12:00pm with a report in time of 11:30am. Visitors are welcomed, with green fees currently $15.00 for nine or eighteen holes.
An open membership policy makes joining the Awatere Golf Club a breeze, with membership application forms downloadable from the club's website. Frequent competitions and excellent bar and catering services make this an enjoyable destination for any golfer. Even when the other local courses are rained off, Awatere holds its own with a micro climate often allowing continued play.
